Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | Delhi | 3-4 Yrs

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of financial planning, risk management, and corporate finance, with a keen eye for detail and a proven ability to manage complex financial data. As a CFO with an LLM, you will bring a unique perspective to financial strategy and compliance within the import & export sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, particularly in the context of international trade and import/export regulations.

Manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Oversee cash flow management, capital structure, and treasury operations to optimize financial resources.

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements, leveraging legal expertise from an LLM.

Conduct financial analysis, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, auditors, and other stakeholders.

Assess and mitigate financial risks associated with import/export operations, currency fluctuations, and global economic conditions.

Provide legal and financial counsel on contracts, mergers, acquisitions, and other significant business transactions.
