Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Client Servicing professional with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth within the BFSI sector. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and translate them into actionable plans.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Address client issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client account status and performance.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
