Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all business activities within the cluster comply with relevant BFSI regulations and legal frameworks.

Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets for the cluster.

Liaise with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory concerns or contractual matters.

Train and mentor local teams, fostering a performance-driven and compliant work environment.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
