Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Collection Executive / Officer with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and improving the collection processes within our agricultural supply chain operations. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, design sensibilities, and strong communication skills to ensure timely recovery of payments and maintain healthy financial relationships with our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective collection strategies tailored to the agricultural sector, considering seasonalities and farmer payment cycles.

Utilize design thinking principles to analyze existing collection workflows and propose innovative, user-centric improvements for efficiency and farmer engagement.

Communicate with farmers, distributors, and other stakeholders to follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Prepare regular reports on collection performance, including aging reports, payment trends, and collection forecasts.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure smooth reconciliation of payments and provide insights for credit risk assessment.

Design clear and concise communication materials (e.g., payment reminders, educational pamphlets) to aid in the collection process and improve financial literacy among farmers.
