Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Associate to join our HR team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for a recent postgraduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic beverage company. You will support the administration and execution of compensation and benefits programs, contributing to a positive employee experience and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This is an entry-level position offering excellent learning opportunities in the field of HR and C&B.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other statutory benefits.
Support the processing of payroll-related data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Help in the preparation of compensation data analysis and reports, identifying trends and anomalies.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for benefits administration and employee queries.
Maintain accurate employee records related to compensation and benefits on HRIS.
Assist in communicating benefit information and compensation policies to employees.
Support the implementation of new C&B initiatives and projects.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
