Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and diligent Legal Executive specializing in Criminal Law to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for an individual with a Diploma in Law and 2-4 years of relevant experience, eager to contribute to a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to criminal proceedings.
Conduct legal research on criminal law statutes, case precedents, and regulations relevant to the packaging industry.
Support senior legal counsel in preparing for and attending court hearings, client meetings, and investigations.
Manage case files, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely compliance with procedural requirements.
Liaise with law enforcement agencies, public prosecutors, and other relevant parties as required.
Provide general legal support to the company on criminal law matters.
