Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic CSR Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree and a passion for driving impactful corporate social responsibility initiatives within the engineering and construction domain. This role will involve planning, implementing, and monitoring CSR projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with L&T's sustainability vision and national CSR guidelines.

Identify and assess community needs to design relevant and impactful CSR projects in areas such as education, healthcare, skill development, and environmental conservation.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful project execution.

Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of CSR initiatives, collecting data and preparing regular reports for management and stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal departments, NGOs, government agencies, and community leaders to foster strong partnerships.

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to CSR activities in India.

Organize awareness programs and employee engagement activities for CSR initiatives.
