Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic recent graduate to join our team as a CSR & Sustainability Associate. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing and implementing corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives within a leading leather manufacturing company. You will support the CSR and Sustainability team in various projects and contribute to the company's commitment to environmental and social good.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in data collection and analysis for sustainability reports and CSR activities.
- Support the organization of community outreach programs and employee volunteer initiatives.
- Conduct research on best practices in CSR and sustainability within the leather industry.
- Help in drafting communications materials related to CSR and sustainability efforts.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sustainability projects.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to project planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant environmental regulations.
- Support the development of awareness campaigns on sustainability for employees and stakeholders.
