Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advocate. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing strong relationships with our B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with Jindal Steel & Power Limited is exceptional. You will act as a bridge between our customers and internal teams, driving satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain deep understanding of customer needs and business objectives within the Iron & Steel sector.
- Proactively engage with key client stakeholders to gather feedback, identify potential issues, and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer queries and concerns, working collaboratively with sales, technical, and operational teams to find timely and effective resolutions.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product development and service improvement.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices to maximize their value from our offerings.
- Track and report on key customer advocacy metrics, including satisfaction scores, retention rates, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop customer success stories and testimonials.
- Support onboarding and ongoing engagement initiatives for new and existing clients.
