Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and legally-minded individual to join our team as a Customer Onboarding Specialist - Non Voice. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding process for our clients in the medical devices sector. You will manage the administrative and legal aspects of client integration, ensuring all documentation is accurate and all regulatory requirements are met. This position is ideal for an LLB graduate with 2-3 years of experience looking to apply their legal acumen in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, focusing on non-voice communication channels.

Review and verify all client documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legal/regulatory standards.

Liaise with internal legal, sales, and operations teams to resolve any onboarding-related queries or issues.

Prepare and organize legal agreements, contracts, and other crucial onboarding documents.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client onboarding activities and documentation.

Ensure timely completion of all onboarding milestones, escalating any potential delays or roadblocks.

Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the onboarding journey, ensuring a positive experience.

Assist in the development and refinement of onboarding processes and documentation templates.
