We are seeking a skilled Database Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree and a strong understanding of database management, data analysis, and reporting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity, supporting business intelligence initiatives, and optimizing database performance for our BFSI operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain database schemas and structures.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Monitor database performance and implement optimizations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
