The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining drilling equipment, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed, and contributing to the efficiency of our production processes. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and practical application within an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain drilling rigs and associated equipment for various production needs.
- Monitor drilling operations, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to production schedules.
- Implement and enforce all safety regulations and procedures on the drilling floor and surrounding areas.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to drilling equipment.
- Maintain accurate logs of drilling activities, equipment performance, and safety incidents.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the training of junior personnel on equipment operation and safety practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing department.
