Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Manager with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing our DevOps infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration, deployment, and operation of our software systems. You will play a crucial role in automating and optimizing our development and operational processes, fostering collaboration between development and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for various applications.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for scalability and reliability.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ensure its optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
- Implement and manage containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Develop and maintain scripts for automation of various operational tasks.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and efficient software releases.
- Implement robust logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.
- Ensure security best practices are followed throughout the DevOps lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest DevOps trends and technologies and recommend improvements.
