Role Summary:
NTPC Limited seeks a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing professional to join our team in Kolkata. This role is crucial for enhancing our online presence, managing digital campaigns, and analyzing marketing performance within the public administration sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their BBA/BBM education and 3-5 years of experience to drive engagement and support NTPC's communication objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms (social media, search engines, email, etc.) aligned with NTPC's public administration goals.
Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including SEM and social media ads, to maximize reach and engagement.
Create compelling and informative digital content (text, graphics, video) that resonates with stakeholders and the general public.
Monitor website traffic, user engagement, and campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and provide regular reports.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in digital marketing within the government and public sector.
Collaborate with internal teams (communications, IT, etc.) to ensure brand consistency and effective campaign execution.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, techniques, and best practices relevant to public sector communication.
