The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree and 3-5 years of experience in a similar operational or managerial role, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
