We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Executive to join our dynamic team in Noida. This role is ideal for an individual with a legal background (LLB) and 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, looking to leverage their analytical skills in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal and company guidelines.
Assist in the development and execution of e-commerce strategies to drive sales and enhance online presence.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
Review and ensure compliance with e-commerce policies, terms of service, and relevant consumer protection laws.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, legal) to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to provide insights for improvement.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders and transactions.
