Hiring: Emergency Department Nurse | Delhi | 2-4 Yrs

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Nurse with a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Nursing and 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic healthcare team in Delhi. As an Emergency Department Nurse, you will be instrumental in providing immediate and critical care to patients presenting with a wide range of medical emergencies within our organization's healthcare facility, supporting our employees in the electronics manufacturing sector. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct rapid patient assessments, including vital signs, patient history, and physical examinations, to determine the nature and severity of medical emergencies.
2. Provide immediate and life-saving interventions, including CPR, advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), and trauma care, adhering to established protocols.
3. Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosage and timely administration.
4. Monitor patient conditions closely, recognizing subtle changes and responding promptly to deteriorating situations.
5. Collaborate effectively with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
6. Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment plan, and necessary follow-up care.
7. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
8. Ensure a safe and organized emergency department environment, adhering to infection control and safety standards.
