Hiring: Employee Relations Management | Guwahati | 2-4 Yrs

We are seeking a dedicated and legally-minded Employee Relations Manager to join our team in Guwahati. This role is crucial for fostering a positive and compliant work environment within our fast-paced FinTech operations. You will be responsible for managing employee grievances, ensuring adherence to labor laws, and supporting HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disputes in a fair and timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Advise management and employees on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures in line with Indian labor laws and best practices.
- Conduct internal investigations into allegations of misconduct, harassment, or discrimination, documenting findings and recommending appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Legal teams to ensure consistent application of policies and to mitigate legal risks.
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement programs and initiatives to promote a healthy workplace culture.
- Stay updated on all relevant labor laws and regulations in India and ensure company compliance.
- Provide guidance and training to managers on employee relations best practices and legal requirements.
