Role Summary:
Nestlé India is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Endocrine Surgeon with a Doctorate/PhD to join our occupational health team in Lucknow. This role will focus on providing specialized medical care and consultancy related to endocrine health for our employees, ensuring a healthy and productive workforce. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of post-doctoral experience and a strong understanding of occupational health principles within the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and consultations for employees presenting with endocrine-related concerns.
- Diagnose and manage a range of endocrine disorders, including but not limited to thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and metabolic conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Provide expert advice on workplace health and safety, with a specific focus on endocrine health risks and prevention strategies.
- Interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory results and imaging studies, relevant to endocrinology.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in endocrinology and occupational medicine through continuous professional development.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of health education programs for employees on endocrine health and wellness.
