The English Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging English language training programs tailored to the specific needs of our workforce, enhancing their communication skills for international business interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive English language curriculum for employees, focusing on business communication, professional writing, and cross-cultural etiquette.

Conduct needs assessments to identify specific language proficiency gaps and tailor training programs accordingly.

Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions, both in-person and online.

Create and administer assessments to measure learning progress and provide constructive feedback.

Incorporate design thinking principles from your M.Des background to create innovative and effective learning materials and methodologies.

Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees requiring additional language assistance.

Stay updated with the latest trends in English language teaching and adult learning.
