We are seeking a motivated ETL Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust ETL processes to support our data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of data integration, data warehousing concepts, and database technologies. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into efficient and scalable ETL solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using various ETL tools and technologies.
- Extract data from various source systems (databases, flat files, APIs) and transform it into a usable format.
- Load transformed data into target data warehouses or data marts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL processes and data quality.
- Optimize ETL jobs for performance and efficiency.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes and data models.
- Collaborate with data analysts and business users to define data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and adherence to data governance policies.
