Hiring: Event Planner / Manager | Ludhiana | 2-3 Yrs

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Planner / Manager to join our team in Ludhiana. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-3 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree, looking to leverage their technical background in event management within the fast-paced electrical equipment industry. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various corporate events, ensuring they align with company objectives and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the conceptualization and planning of corporate events, including product launches, dealer meets, trade shows, and internal company functions.

Manage event logistics such as venue selection, vendor coordination (caterers, decorators, AV), accommodation, and transportation.

Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.

Coordinate event promotion and communication, including invitations, registration, and post-event follow-ups.

Utilize strong organizational and project management skills to ensure seamless execution of all event components.

Apply problem-solving abilities to address any challenges that arise before, during, or after events.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, IT) to ensure event success and alignment with business goals.

Maintain accurate event records and generate post-event reports for analysis and future improvements.

Leverage MCA knowledge for efficient data management, online registration systems, and digital event components where applicable.
