Hiring: Event Planner / Manager | Thiruvananthapuram | 3-4 Yrs

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Planner/Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is crucial for conceptualizing, planning, and executing a variety of corporate events, workshops, and conferences. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of scientific understanding (from a B.Pharma background) and strong event management skills, enabling them to effectively manage logistics, budgets, and stakeholder communications within the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage all aspects of corporate events, including internal meetings, external conferences, product launches, and team-building activities.

- Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas in alignment with company objectives.

- Manage event budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure seamless execution of event logistics (venue selection, catering, AV, accommodation, travel).

- Oversee event registration, attendee communication, and on-site management.

- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., marketing, HR, technical) to gather requirements and ensure event success.

- Prepare post-event reports, including budget reconciliation, attendee feedback analysis, and lessons learned.

- Leverage scientific understanding from B.Pharma background to grasp technical aspects of industry events and facilitate communication with subject matter experts.
