Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Export / Import Manager to join our dynamic team in Delhi. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of export/import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment of goods.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively address any delays or issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations, tariffs, and trade laws.
- Maintain accurate records of all export and import transactions.
- Support in obtaining necessary licenses and permits for international trade.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Supply Chain, Sales, Finance) to gather information and resolve queries.
- Research and identify new market opportunities for export or potential suppliers for import.
