- Interact with employees and guests to gather feedback and address any immediate concerns or requests.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for catering services and pantry needs.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of F&B outlets and service areas.
- Learn and apply company policies and procedures related to F&B management.
- Support the senior management team in various F&B related administrative tasks.
