Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Family Law professional to join our legal team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of family law principles and have a proven track record in handling diverse legal matters. This role requires a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) degree, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant experience. You will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel and support to our employees on matters related to personal family law.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to employees on various family law matters, including marriage, divorce, child custody, adoption, maintenance, and property division.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as settlement agreements, divorce petitions, and affidavits.
Represent clients in family courts and other relevant forums, preparing case strategies and arguments.
Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on the latest amendments and judicial pronouncements in family law.
Assist in mediation and alternative dispute resolution processes to facilitate amicable settlements.
Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with all legal procedures and deadlines.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
