Hiring: Field Service Engineer | Hyderabad | 2-4 Yrs

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and technically adept Field Service Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and repair of our DTH (Direct-to-Home) satellite television systems and related equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of electronic systems and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and configure DTH satellite systems, including dish antennas, set-top boxes, and associated cabling.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer premises to resolve technical issues related to signal reception, equipment malfunction, and service disruptions.
• Diagnose hardware and software problems, and work towards effective solutions.
• Educate customers on the proper use and basic troubleshooting of their DTH systems.
• Maintain accurate service records, including installation details, repair logs, and customer feedback, using company-provided tools and systems.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during service calls.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues and share best practices.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests and meet performance metrics.
