Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Finance Teacher with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and have a strong aptitude for financial concepts and their technological applications. This role involves educating and guiding students on various financial topics, focusing on analytical and quantitative methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and teaching materials for finance-related subjects, tailored for students with diverse educational backgrounds.
- Explain complex financial theories, principles, and practices using clear and concise language.
- Leverage analytical and quantitative skills acquired during MCA to teach financial modeling, data analysis in finance, and quantitative finance.
- Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in finance and education to enhance teaching methodologies.
- Assist students in understanding the application of technology in financial decision-making and analysis.
- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and contribute to curriculum development.
