Hiring: Fire Guard | Ahmedabad | 2-3 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Fire Guard with 2-3 years of experience to join our operations in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining fire safety protocols, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and responding effectively to any fire-related incidents within the plant premises. This role requires a B.Tech/B.E. qualification and a proactive approach to safety management in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment (extinguishers, alarms, sprinkler systems) and ensure they are in good working condition.
- Develop and implement fire prevention plans and safety procedures.
- Train employees on fire safety awareness, evacuation procedures, and the use of fire-fighting equipment.
- Monitor work areas for potential fire hazards and take immediate corrective actions.
- Respond to fire alarms and emergencies, initiating appropriate response protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, training, and incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local and national fire safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the safety department to continuously improve fire safety measures.
- Conduct fire drills and evaluate their effectiveness.
