Role Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Fire Guard to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining fire safety protocols within our pulp and paper manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safeguarding company assets and personnel. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong understanding of fire prevention techniques, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. A Master's degree in a relevant field, combined with 3-5 years of experience, is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive fire prevention and protection plans.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential fire hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain and operate fire detection, suppression, and alarm systems.
- Organize and conduct fire safety training programs for employees.
- Develop and manage emergency response procedures and conduct drills.
- Investigate fire incidents, determine causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure all fire safety equipment is regularly inspected, serviced, and in good working order.
- Liaise with local fire departments and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain accurate records of fire safety inspections, training, and incidents.
- Stay updated on the latest fire safety regulations and best practices in the pulp and paper industry.
