We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Flight Dispatcher with 1-2 years of experience, holding an M.Tech degree, to join our dynamic aviation operations team in Lucknow. This role is critical in ensuring the safe, efficient, and regulatory-compliant operation of our company's aircraft fleet, supporting our extensive oil and gas exploration and production activities across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze weather reports, NOTAMs, and flight plans to ensure safe and efficient routing.
Coordinate with pilots, air traffic control, and other operational personnel.
Monitor flight progress and make necessary adjustments to flight plans due to changing conditions.
Ensure all flights comply with company policies, aviation regulations, and international standards.
Prepare and disseminate flight documentation and operational briefings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date flight logs and operational records.
Assist in emergency response planning and execution.
