Role Summary:
TCS is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Flight Instructor with a background in LLM to join our team in Delhi. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to leverage their analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic IT environment. You will be responsible for guiding and training junior team members on complex aviation-related concepts and simulation exercises, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards within our advanced training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in developing and delivering training modules for flight simulation and aviation operations, focusing on theoretical concepts derived from LLM studies.
* Conduct theoretical instruction sessions for aspiring pilots and aviation personnel, explaining complex aerodynamic principles and flight dynamics.
* Provide guidance and feedback on flight simulator exercises, ensuring trainees understand operational procedures and emergency protocols.
* Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and practical evaluations, identifying areas for improvement.
* Maintain accurate records of trainee progress and training activities.
* Collaborate with senior instructors and subject matter experts to update training materials and methodologies.
* Stay abreast of the latest advancements in aviation technology and instructional techniques.
