We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 2nd Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of engineering principles relevant to the BPO and call center environment. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the technical infrastructure and operational efficiency of our call center.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software used in the call center operations.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to voice and data communication systems, servers, and workstations.

Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

Support the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions with business processes.

Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
