We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts Executive with 3-4 years of experience to join our finance team in Kochi. This role is crucial for managing our financial operations and ensuring accuracy in all accounting processes. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of financial acumen and a B.Pharma background, enabling a distinct perspective on cost management and regulatory compliance within our fast-paced urban transport startup.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws in India.

Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.

Process payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements.

Support audit processes and provide necessary documentation.

Leverage B.Pharma background for understanding cost structures, inventory valuation, and potential cost-saving opportunities, especially related to any operational consumables or specific sector-related expenses.
