Hiring for Aerospace Engineer (3-5 Yrs) at Ahmedabad

We are seeking a motivated Aerospace Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This role will leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills, typically developed through a strong foundation in a B.A. program, to contribute to innovative packaging solutions. You will be instrumental in applying engineering principles to optimize processes, develop new materials, and ensure the highest quality standards in our packaging products.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to material science and product performance, drawing insights applicable to packaging design and manufacturing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to develop and implement innovative packaging solutions.

Apply principles of fluid dynamics and thermodynamics (as relevant to material behavior) in the context of packaging material extrusion, molding, and sealing.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and performance reports.

Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues and identify root causes, proposing and implementing effective solutions.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in packaging materials and manufacturing processes.
