We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Application Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. This role is ideal for a recent BCA graduate looking to kickstart their career in the BPM industry. You will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing various business applications, ensuring their smooth operation and contributing to the overall efficiency of our client solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of new application features and functionalities.
Provide Tier 2/3 support for application-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems in a timely manner.
Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform regular application maintenance, including updates, patches, and performance tuning.
Document application configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of application development and support processes.
