Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all company assets, including raw materials, finished goods, machinery, and office equipment.
- Track the movement and status of assets, ensuring all entries are recorded promptly and accurately in the asset register.
- Conduct regular physical verification of assets to reconcile with inventory records.
- Assist in the procurement process for new assets, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget.
- Monitor the condition of assets and report any damage, wear, or need for repair or replacement.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and track repairs and servicing of machinery and equipment.
- Prepare periodic reports on asset status, inventory levels, and utilization for management review.
