Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) and 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Mangalore. This role will involve conceptualizing and developing innovative product solutions within the beauty and personal care sector, leveraging design thinking and user-centered approaches to address emerging market needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of material science, manufacturing processes, and consumer trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from ideation to prototyping for new beauty and personal care products.

Conduct thorough market research and trend analysis to identify unmet consumer needs and design opportunities.

Develop user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions and ensure user-centricity.

Create detailed product concepts, sketches, 3D models, and prototypes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure design feasibility and successful product launch.

Evaluate and select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for product development.

Prepare design presentations and documentation for internal stakeholders and clients.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in design, technology, and the beauty and personal care industry.
