Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated BI Developer with 2-3 years of experience and a strong academic background (M.Tech) to join our growing team in Pune. As a BI Developer, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making within our legal operations. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, to support various departments within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Business Intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using various BI platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or data marts.
Perform data analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to support business objectives.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation for BI solutions and processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI reports, dashboards, and data pipelines.
Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and best practices.
