We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented BI Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Jaipur. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that drive data-informed decision-making across our fashion and lifestyle platform. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data warehousing concepts, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective reporting and dashboard solutions. A B.Tech/B.E. degree in a relevant field is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Design, build, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand data needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI reporting.
• Optimize database performance and query efficiency.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of data dictionaries and documentation.
