Role Summary: We are seeking an entry-level Bosun to join our team in Noida. This role is ideal for a recent postgraduate with a keen interest in the agrochemical sector and a desire to learn about maritime operations within the agricultural supply chain. The Bosun will support the senior crew in daily operations and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the supervision and direction of deck crew during vessel operations.
- Participate in cargo operations, including loading and unloading of agrochemical products, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of deck equipment, ropes, and gear.
- Ensure the cleanliness and good order of the deck and superstructure.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures on board.
- Support senior officers in navigation and watchkeeping duties as required.
- Learn and apply knowledge of maritime safety and environmental protection standards.
