We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our Vadodara branch. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing operational efficiency, fostering a productive work environment, and ensuring seamless service delivery within the hardware and networking sector. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all branch operations, including administrative, logistical, and client-facing activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Oversee resource allocation, inventory management, and facility maintenance to ensure operational readiness and cost-effectiveness.
Lead and mentor a team of branch staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Implement and monitor operational workflows to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency gains.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards within the branch.
Liaise with internal departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Sales) to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration and support.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
