Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2-3 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and strategic understanding to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our infrastructure, transport, and real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities within the infrastructure, transport, and real estate sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and propose innovative design-led solutions that align with L&T's capabilities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, project management) to ensure seamless project execution.
Track and report on business development activities and progress towards targets.
