We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence & Analytics professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree and possess a strong analytical mindset. This role is crucial in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making within our architecture and interior design-focused operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics related to sales, operations, and project performance.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement and business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Design) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Assist in the development of predictive models and forecasting tools.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Stay updated with the latest BI tools and analytical techniques.
