This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience in textile sourcing and procurement, who holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in managing the procurement of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure a variety of textile raw materials (e.g., fabrics, yarns, dyes, trims) and finished goods according to quality specifications and budget.
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future material needs to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Collaborate with internal departments (design, production, quality control) to understand material requirements and quality standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify sourcing opportunities and potential risks.
- Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies or issues with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sourcing practices.
