Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical C & B Management professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices, with a postgraduate degree. This role will be instrumental in supporting the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with our business objectives and attract/retain top talent within the investment banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis of market compensation data and industry trends to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Support the design and development of salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs.
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other statutory benefits.
- Conduct job evaluations and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits-related metrics for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to communicate compensation and benefits programs effectively.
- Participate in the annual salary review and bonus cycle process.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of C&B processes and policies.
