Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and engaging with universities and colleges for recruitment drives.

Support the recruitment team in screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

Communicate effectively with students, college placement cells, and internal stakeholders.

Assist in preparing recruitment materials and presentations.

Help in organizing post-offer engagement activities for selected candidates.
