Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and analytical professional with a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and 3-5 years of experience in Category Management & Operations to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing operational efficiency, driving strategic sourcing, and managing key vendor relationships within the facility management services domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement category strategies for facility management services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve service delivery.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFPs, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and translate them into effective category plans.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Oversee vendor performance, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
