- Supervise and train catering staff, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Plan and coordinate menus for daily meals, special events, and meetings, considering dietary requirements and budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues related to catering services promptly.
- Assist in budget management and cost control for catering operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas.
