We are seeking a motivated and experienced Chef De Partie / Demi Chef De Partie to join our culinary team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for an individual with 3-4 years of relevant experience and a BBA/BBM degree, looking to contribute to a dynamic environment within the public administration sector. You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of high-quality meals, ensuring adherence to strict hygiene and safety standards, and supporting the Head Chef in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to established recipes and standards.

- Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring efficient workflow and timely service.

- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in all kitchen areas, including temperature control and sanitation.

- Contribute to menu planning and development, offering creative ideas for dishes.

- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and assist with ordering supplies to minimize waste.

- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, well-maintained, and used safely.
